Greetings!
This is the first entry on the blog for a new Presbyterian faith community, a Community of Pilgrims Presbyterian Fellowship.
Lots of new starts since we began meeting on Sept. 10, 2017. We currently meet at Rose City Park Presbyterian Church on the corner of NE Sandy Blvd. and NE 45th Ave., every Sunday from 4-6 pm.
Our vision statement is easy and quite to the point: The Community of Pilgrims Presbyterian Fellowship is an inclusive gathering of faithful inquirers who strive to make a difference in the world by following Jesus.
We welcome all to our fellowship: we welcome all ages, genders, races, ethnicities, national origins, straight, LGBQ, cisgender and transgender, those from the hearing community and those from the deaf community; from all socioeconomic and educational backgrounds, and religious backgrounds, as well as people with disabilities and those who identify as able bodied.
Hope you will consider joining this fantastic gathering of pilgrims, and find a community and fellowship of faithful others who strive to follow Jesus, the Pilgrim God.
